Senior Business Analyst

Contract Role: 6 Months Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team and support a large-scale organisational restructure and safety-critical data migration project.
This is a key role for someone with extensive experience in managing complex data migration initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support organisational restructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee and contribute to safety-critical data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful data migration from legacy systems.
Utilize Oracle applications and systems for business process improvements and data management.
Requirements: Proven experience in organisational restructures from a BA perspective.
Strong background in safety-critical data migration .
Experience working with Oracle applications and data migration projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
