ECOM are exclusively partnered with one of the UK's leading healthcare groups who are looking to expand their team with multiple, experienced Business Analysts.
With over 60 locations in the UK, one of the largest in terms of revenue and well known for their excellent services, you'll be joining one of the best respected companies in this space.
Due to re-investment and the desire to continually be better, successful Business Analysts will be critical to the change and transformation of this organisation.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with key stakeholders to validate requirements, secure necessary approvals, and oversee changes in requirements documentation.
• Analyse project processes, focusing on defining business opportunities or challenges, desired outcomes, and estimating costs and benefits, ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, review, and assess proposed business solutions for alignment with organisational strategies, providing recommendations to stakeholders while highlighting key risks and assumptions.
• Continuously assess the quality of all deliverables, including those from third parties, to ensure they meet the defined acceptance criteria and are suitable for their intended purpose.
• Leverage best practices in analysis to enhance team performance, suggest improvements to processes, and conduct thoughtful peer reviews of analytical outputs.
• Stay informed about industry standards and incorporate them into the operations of the business analyst team.
• Ensure clear traceability between business goals, desired outcomes, benefits, requirements, and delivery to maintain scope integrity and prevent benefit loss during project execution.
• Ensure all projects adhere to Spire's values, strategies, and behavioural expectations, while maintaining knowledge of and compliance with Spire's policies and procedures.
Key Requirements: • Familiarity with change management and transformation strategies, with a capacity to develop, influence, and manage portfolios.
• Strong logical thinking skills and a proven history of collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead and shape business solutions.
• Recognized for having strong analytical capabilities, able to apply various analysis tools and techniques to solve problems and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Ability to convert strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks for oneself and others.
• Strong communication abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
This is a fully remote position for UK based candidates.
You must be living and residing in the UK with full working rights and without the need for future sponsorship to be considered.
Occasional travel to a local office may be required on a quarterly basis.
