Senior Business Analyst

* Senior IT Business Analyst - Permanent - £75,000/annum + benefits– Leeds/Hybrid * We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an IT Senior Business Analyst to join a very successful IT team as part of a prosperous family-owned company based in Leeds.
Your main responsibilities would include interacting with stakeholders across the operational business unit, group functions, and experts to understand their problems and needs and translate them into operational and process improvements; and leading teams in translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
The key skills needed for this role are Strategic Analysis & Stakeholder Management; Project Planning & Management; Requirements Definition & Solution Design; Business Analysis Best Practice Development; Supplier & External Engagement and Communication & Stakeholder Engagement.
If you're an experienced IT Business Analyst with Management experience this is the role for you!
A background within the Construction Industry and Salesforce experience are also a plus!
This role is hybrid with visits to the Leeds offices twice weekly.
