In this brand new position, you will provide high quality, outcome-focussed business analysis to our technology landscape, both business as usual and across our portfolio of complex change projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving business change by analysing, designing, and implementing innovative IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of our company.
The role demands a proactive individual with exceptional stakeholder management skills, who will be dedicated to building strong partnerships in order to deliver an exceptional service and ultimately help provide safe, effective, and premium care experience to residents.

BCS International Diploma in Business AnalysisMinimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within a technology healthcare, social care, or a similarly regulated industryExperience of analysing business requirements and preparing user stories and detailed acceptance criteriaExperience defining end-to-end user journeys, workflows, and business processes, and translating business requirements into actionable technical specificationsAbility to work with and influence senior users within a rapidly changing business environmentProficiency in business analysis tools and methodologiesFlexible to travel across the UKRole and responsibilities:
Lead workshops with stakeholders to understand and document current processes, pain points, root cause analysis, and opportunities for improvementConduct detailed analysis of business processes and systemsDevelop detailed "as-is" and "to-be" process maps, ensuring that proposed solutions align with organisational goalsLead the business with end-to-end thinking to enable holistic view for digital transformation initiativesTranslate complex business needs into clear, concise, testable, and traceable functional and non-functional requirementsIdentify and evaluate innovative IT solutions to support initiativesEnsure that IT and innovation initiatives are delivered on time and within scopeAct as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure successful communication and deliveryIf you'd like to use your expertise in an organisation that provides the quality care you'd expect for your loved ones, this is an empowering and rewarding place to be.
