Senior Business Analyst

Arcus Search are proud to support a leading Insurance and Reinsurance firm on searching for an adaptable, communicative and driven Senior Business Analyst.

You will be joining their Operational Resilience and Business Continuity team as a Senior Business Analyst, working on various Transformation initiatives. This will include managing Regulatory projects, vendor management set up and negotiations, understanding third party risk and making outsourcing decisions for the business.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and map out important business services, assessing vulnerabilities and remedial actions. Work with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate these into detailed functional specifications. Liaise with regulators and third party vendors. Analyse and document complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and third party risks, finding solutions where needed. Perform gap analysis, whilst supporting project planning and delivery. Collaborate with various global business and operational teams. Requirements: Extensive experience in London Market Insurance. Outsourcing, regulatory or operational resilience expertise. Proven track record in third party vendor management experience. Strong business analysis background. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
