Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions.Managing functional requirements throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to sign-off.Documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements with comprehensive acceptance criteria.Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.Acting as a primary point of contact for resolving blockers related to requirements and scope.Supporting client product owners in finalizing requirement details and communicating decisions.Assisting in backlog prioritization aligned with strategic goals.Participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.Performing business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and feature enhancements.WHAT YOU'RE LIKE We're looking for individuals who are:

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business analysis.Proficiency in capturing and managing requirements across the product lifecycle.Strong ability to write user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.Experience advising client product owners and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with As-Is and To-Be process mapping.Understanding of development processes and the software development lifecycle.Experience working on large-scale development programs with international teams.Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel.Ability to build trust with stakeholders and facilitate problem resolution.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Proficient in English with a collaborative attitude and a sense of humor.
