Senior Business Analyst

Senior BA - TOM, Process Analysis, Process Optimisation, London Market, Insurance £70,000 - £80,000 A leading insurance and reinsurance provider is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assess and document Target Operating Models (TOM) for new acquisitions and change initiatives.
You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse end-to-end processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support business transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities : Assess, validate, and document TOM for acquisitions and change initiatives.
Conduct end-to-end process analysis to identify efficiencies and improvements.
Develop key performance metrics and insights to drive business decisions.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
Key Requirements : At least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a London Market setting (it does not have to be consecutive).
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and data analysis (Excel).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
