About the role As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be partnering with project stakeholders to deliver high level business requirements and detailed business requirements. You will act as a key SME to support policy management, contextual interpretation, and impact analysis on business and technology processes, applications, and platforms.
Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must-haves: Experience working with a Compliance/Risk/Financial Crime business unit Elicitation of Functional and Non-Functional Requirements Data Management and Data Requirements foundational knowledge desirable 8+ Years Business Analysis experience minimum 10+ Years experience including experience as a Snr. BA or BA Team Leader. Any Qualifications or Certifications in Business Analysis or Agile Project Management would be desirable. Key Responsibilities: Partner with project stakeholders to deliver high level business requirements, detailed business requirements and define as-is and to-be states. Elicit Functional and Non-Functional requirements from Business Stakeholders on a variety of initiatives, ranging from process transformation to systems implementation. Act as a key SME to support policy management, contextual interpretation, and impact analysis on business and technology processes and applications/platforms. Work closely with delivery leads to support programme delivery, enabling development of well-scoped and integrated project plans, resources, and contingency plans. Lead initial programme set up and execution of Technology initiatives enforcing improved controls and reporting around Financial Crime. Draft and manage user stories, acceptance criteria and develop test scenarios appropriate for business users to undertake & sign off. Engage with technology leads counterparts to understand their teams' requirements, obstacles, and agreed approaches. Ensure all deliverables you are accountable for adhere to LSEG Quality Standards and Technology Governance Standards. What's in it for you? This is a 6-month contract. A day rate, in-scope IR35, up to £550.00 (via a Hays approved umbrella company). This role provides hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only goes to our state-of-the-art office in Edinburgh, 3 days a week.
