Job Description End to end project involvement from leading on workshops through to design and delivery phases.
Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients Benefits mapping and tracking of approved products As Is and To Be process mapping Business case writing experience is highly desirable Qualifications Significant experience in Business Analysis, with a track record in large scale change and/or technology programmes/projects Able to produce business process maps and other functional and business-facing documentation to a very high standard Excellent communicator with experience of managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including those at a senior level Skilled communication bridge between IT and the business stakeholders, representing business challenges and requirements clearly to technical resources and relevant points of technical designs and constraints to business resources Experience in Agile and Waterfall/traditional methodologies Pragmatic and results orientated Additional Information At Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their wellbeing, professional growth, and financial stability.
