Contract: Full time, Permanent

Are you a seasoned Building Regulations Technician ready to take on exciting, high-quality residential and commercial projects?
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Building Regulations Technician.
With us, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping distinctive homes and structures, blending regulatory expertise with creative problem-solving.
As our Senior Building Regulations Technician you will be responsible for:
* Drawing and Applications: You'll confidently create and submit Building Regulations applications, ensuring compliance with Approved Documents.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding of Building Regulations is required, particularly for residential projects, with some commercial experience being beneficial.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Familiarity with SketchUp and Vectorworks is a bonus.
* Respond effectively to plan checks, site queries, and collaborate with local authorities to ensure approvals.
* Experience with oak framing is helpful, though training can be provided.
A minimum of 5 years' practical experience working in a Building Regulations or architectural technician role.
* Excellent technical skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, compliant drawings.
* Work on unique and luxurious residential projects, as well as bespoke commercial designs.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in: Building Regulations, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks, Architectural Technology, Residential Design, Commercial Projects, and OAK framing.
