Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager

Role : Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager Location : Leeds Salary : £50,000 - £65,000 (including car allowance) Work Balance : 50% Building Surveying and 50% Project Management Company Overview: The firm is an independent leader in Development, Built Asset, and Sustainability consultancy, dedicated to enhancing the value of commercial properties while prioritizing wellbeing and performance.
Responsibilities: Lead contract administration and project management for commercial projects.
Conduct pre-acquisition surveys and manage refurbishment efforts.
Perform general building surveying tasks, including dilapidations and planned preventative maintenance.
Candidate Criteria: MRICS status with a minimum of 3 years PQE and a degree in Building Surveying.
Strong report writing, contract knowledge, and commercial experience.
Proven ability to meet fee targets and build client relationships.
Desired Skills: Team-oriented yet capable of independent work.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
