The Role: A Team leader for Property Condition Surveyors, delivering surveys and collecting data in relation to condition and energy Managing and setting objectives for the team Identifying and effectively managing day to day risks Budget administering The next step for an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor looking to progress into management   The Candidate should: Have excellent knowledge and understanding of Building Surveying Hold qualifications in property surveying RICS, CIOB, CABE or equivalent, or willingness to work towards professional qualification Be able to demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety legislation in relation to management of housing and the construction industry including CDM.
Be willing to undertake professional development on a continuous basis keeping up to date with surveying profession Have experience of line management or coaching     SUMMARY: This is full time, permanent role.
