Senior Building Surveyor

Senior Building Surveyor Goodman Masson are working with a housing association in the South East/Central England (hybrid) to recruit for an interim Senior Building Surveyor.
Rate : £400-£450 per day (negotiable, depending on experience) Duration : 6 months + The successful candidate will be responsible for: leading a team of Building Surveyors, ensuring that a full range of technical surveying duties are completed ensuring the use of building pathology to develop solutions for an array of building defects, their causes and remedies ensuring that their properties are free from Hazards and Disrepair ensuring that you keep updated with the latest changes in legislation that govern the organisation's responsibilities The successful candidate will have: Previous management experience AssocRICS qualified or working towards this qualification
