You'll also lead projects ranging from roof refurbishments to classroom upgrades, residential designs, and CAT A + B fit-outs, with values from £500,000 to £3 million.
The ideal candidate is an MRICS-qualified building surveyor with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience.
You should bring consultancy or private practice expertise and a passion for generalist building surveying, capable of managing projects independently.
