The Senior Mechanical Engineer is a key role to delivering exceptional technical and commercial solutions to a range of clients across the private and public sector; including education, defence, healthcare, pharmaceutical and commercial.

You will manage contracts, prepare designs and reports, feasibility studies, and contract documents, liaise directly with Clients and Contractors and carry out building analysis and provide system design calculations.
You will supervise a team of engineers and technicians and assist in management of project resources and costs.

Our ideal Senior Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) must have: HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification Knowledge of construction industry design processes, procurement arrangements and current legislation e.g.
Building Regulations Awareness of electrical services principles and knowledge of H&S / CDM requirements Heating-, cooling-, ventilation and domestic water services system design experience Mechanical design software experienceIt would be nice for you to have: Chartered Engineer (CEng) with post chartered relevant experience, or IEng, BEng or similar with post incorporated relevant experience.
