Are you looking for an interesting and varied role where you will be administering building regulations, the Building Act and other associated legislation?
Where you will assist the Principal Building Control Officer with service plan implementation, meeting service standards and performance targets?
Where you are supported in developing your experience and knowledge to further your career?
Do you have minimum Class 2A-2F registration with the Building Safety Regulator?
Do you have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience working in building control either within Local Government or the private sector?

instigating enforcement procedures, preparing reports and statements to the councils solicitor and appearing in court as a prosecution witness as required carrying out inspections of dangerous structures, taking appropriate action.
