Responsibilities: Lead the development of a comprehensive brand partnerships strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand vision.
Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, conducting thorough assessments to ensure strategic fit and value creation.
Negotiate and secure partnership agreements, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
Collaborate across teams to integrate partnership initiatives into our broader marketing and communications strategies.
Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Champion innovation by exploring new partnership models that elevate our brands reputation and offering.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in brand partnerships, business development, or strategic marketing, particularly in any luxury or automotive sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing high-profile partnerships on a global scale.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build relationships at all levels.
