Senior Brand Manager, Northern FMCG scaling brand, that is set to take centre stage in the category they operate.
This is not a small, fluffy, challenger brand but a scale up medium sized business who mean business and have grit, determination and embarking on their next phase of growth which means we're looking to appoint an SBM to help double the business in the next couple of years.
Now then, yes, this is exciting, but no, this won't be for everyone.
You need to have entrepreneurial flair and a 'JFDI' attitude.
This is a business which is still founder run and doubled in size every year over the last 4 years and now have a significant turnover, manufacturing capability and large team having recently brought in a very interesting board member who is working very closely with the team on the next phase of growth.

You need to have a certain mindset and approach here and bring process and strategy to the table along with action and delivery.
You'll resonate with the mindset of entrepreneurs; you're action orientated, directive, have ideas and probably want to run before you can walk sometimes.
Founders can be impatient and want to see results fast.
Now this business has all the tools and capability for someone to deliver, they just need to appoint someone with the right attitude.
Now if this sounds like you, I'd love to talk- You don't need to be the next Eddie Hall by any means but these guys are playing in the health and wellness space, so an avid interest in Fitness or Combat Sports like MMA is only going to excite you more!
This person will: Lead on all things Branded and full mix marketing (On & Off line) Have a Guerrilla style of marketing – Experiential marketing will be huge!
Operate in a strategically enabling role as well as executional Have budget management ownership Know how to hit the sweet spot of a niche target audience, ensuring they do not differentiate who they are as a brand to appeal to the masses.
This is a way of life and a specific audience so ensuring you cut through the noise and be able to set and execute the approach to reach them in store and online is key.
I'm pretty sure you have a grasp of the character we're looking for but what about skill set?
Brand marketing experience with an ability to break the mould and make a lot of noise to a target audience.
Trade and shopper marketing experience.
Social Media marketing and wider digital marketing is beneficial.
Sampling and experiential marketing.
Scaled growth in a fast paced business/ category Strength in commercial acumen and agility A rare opportunity and a super, super exciting one for the right person.
