We're seeking a Senior Performance Development Engineer to join our rapidly growing team.
Reporting to our Development Manager – Vehicle Performance , you will focus on multiple systems inclusive of but not limited to Vehicle Dynamics or NVH.
This Role will work close with Function, Attribute & Simulation teams to ensure the most efficient development plan is in place .
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa.

  What you'll do ·        Understands how Attribute & System tests fit within the overall attribute validation process ·        Engage in workstreams within multi-disciplined cross-functional attribute/system team ·        Be a key member of Performance Development Team ·        Deliver a robust Engineering DVP  in line with the master asset timing plan.
·        Support Test Facility nomination.
·        Support Issue resolution ·        Ensure that the test asset is fit for purpose ·        Ensure data is captured during test inline with the test standard & ensuring it meets requirements.
  Who you are ·        Broad amount of experience in Vehicle Development ·        Degree in Engineering or Similar ·        Experience using data acquisition and instrumentation systems ·        Encourage and promote team culture ·        Actively seeks out and implements process improvements ·        Data acquisition experience ·        CAN software analysis & stimulation ·        Fault resolution and reporting ·        Excellent communication skills ·        Have a core understanding of automotive systems ·        Possess good knowledge of H&S practices and vehicle risk assessments   About Us Forseven is building something new.
