(Senior) Bioinformatician

South Cambridge, Hybrid 2-3 days per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled Bioinformatics Software Developer to join one of Cambridge's exciting biopharmaceutical companies working on truly life-changing advancements in patient treatments.

Support the creation of web-based bioinformatics databases for analysis.
Lead and organise projects, collaborating with project members and presenting updates to stakeholders and the wider business.

At least 2 years of industrial experience in bioinformatics.
Strong Python programming ability and experience with Python testing frameworks.
Proficiency in analysing next-generation sequencing data.
SQL Databases, such as PostgreSQL.

Additional programming experience in languages such as R, JavaScript, Go, or Rust.
Cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
