About The Role: Our client, a progressive and international architectural studio who are known for their crafted projects across the world, are seeking a Senior BIM Lead to join their team within their thriving office in London.
With prior experience working on large projects as a Senior BIM Coordinator / Lead, you would be able to display proven expertise in delivering design-led architectural schemes and would have worked in an architecture focused BIM team within a leading practice.
This is a role for a motivated individual who is driven by delivering digital design excellence and fostering collaborative and streamlined project development workflows whilst also offering guidance to the wider team.
This architectural studio offers a stunning office based in central London, hybrid working and a chance to work on celebrated projects within a friendly team.
Key Responsibilities : Efficiently managing projects within the guidelines of the practice Coordinate the digital design and streamline workflows within the project teams Support the team through mentorship and guidance in relation to BIM technologies, CDMs and Building Regulations Lead the ongoing implementation of BIM standards and procedures across the office Manage Revit project production and provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications Key Skills/Requirements: Proven experience working as a BIM coordinator or heavily managing large architectural projects through BIM Expert in BIM, Revit and Navisworks is essential Advanced experience in digital software plug ins (Rhino and Grasshopper) is beneficial Good understanding of architectural and technical buildability of a project is desirable along with knowledge of UK building regulations Great interpersonal and communication skills Strong verbal and written communication in English To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
