This role will offer the successful candidate a nice mix of BAU work and the opportunity to get involved in strategic projects.
The remit of this BD & Marketing Senior Executive role will include: Support the Senior Manager with the development and delivery of BD and marketing strategies for the group.
Undertake market and client research to identify growth opportunities.
Participate in business development meetings and follow up on action points.
Build and maintain relationships with key intermediaries and referrers.
Assist fee earners in developing and implementing their personal business development plans and provide guidance on BD best practice.
Work with stakeholders to track and maximise return on investment from conferences and events.
Support the design and implementation of marketing campaigns, including research, content creation, and coordination with the Events and Digital teams.
Manage internal and external communications, including drafting copy for mailshots, newsletters, and website content.
Develop and update marketing collateral.
Coordinate the directory and award submission process.
Support the development and execution of client seminars, workshops, and events.
Assist with proposals and project manage the process.
Skills and Experience: 3 years' experience in a business development role gained in a professional services environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Client centric ethos and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Organised with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in media, digital marketing, and martech platforms.
