What's Yonder? "It's as if Time Out, Amex and Monzo had a baby" - Will T, Yonder Member
We're building the financial membership of the future.
Starting with a credit card that has fun and experiences at its core, we're the antithesis to your dad's stuffy, corporate, boring credit card.
Whilst tech is revolutionising the finance industry, credit is still stuck in the Stone Age.
We want to create a world where financial services are fair and conscious, and the stress of debt is eliminated for everyone.
We've raised an additional £23.4M in September 2024 to grow our team, launch even better rewards and fast-track our expansion outside the UK.
Sounds cool.
What's my part in this? Partnerships power the Experiences that bring our product to life.
Whether it's the latest restaurant opening, a new West End theatre show or a breakout consumer goods brand that is challenging the fashion industry, our members trust us to curate Experiences that empower them to live financially rewarding lives.
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development of our B2B marketing strategy, creating demand for our marketing platform, and capturing this demand to grow the partnerships pipeline.
You'll work in lockstep with the Partnerships team to test and determine the right channels and tactics for reaching our ICP to drive Inbound.
What you'll do There's probably no such thing as a typical day in this role, since you'll be responsible for creating demand across a range of categories, from restaurants and hotels, to wellness, and eCommerce brands.
You'll have a foundational understanding of how buyers in each of these categories develop their marketing strategies, how they seek out and evaluate distribution partners for their products, and the best approach to engage them throughout their buying journey. One day might involve building and executing a content marketing strategy to engage long-tail, independent restaurant businesses over a longer campaign period, while another day is spent setting up an industry event where challenger brands in the FMCG space can meet and share best practices - brought together by Yonder.
You will experiment and measure the results rigorously to land on the marketing mix that fuels pipeline generation while balancing spend. You will work closely with our Consumer Marketing team to ensure our B2B brand aligns with our consumer brand so that the two are complementary, acting as a force multiplier on the other and driving acquisition for both. You're a great fit if you Have 7+ years experience with B2B marketing to a SMB audience. You should have experience across several marketing disciplines, including but not limited to Content, Email, Brand, and Customer.
You don't need to be an expert but you should be comfortable developing an overarching B2B marketing strategy through the results of experimentation with Content, Email and Customer Marketing. Are target driven. You will be accountable for a set share of pipeline coverage, measured both by volume and quality.
This means: leads generated, leads qualified, leads converted and post-sale, accounts retained after 1 campaign, and referrals. Are obsessed with partner outcomes. Just as our consumer mission is to empower people to live financially rewarding lives, our B2B brand should be known as a champion of merchants.
If you're doing an incredible job, prospects should be falling over themselves to work with us because they trust that we are ultimately here to help their business thrive.
Your efforts are orientated around thriving together. What's it like working at Yonder? We're office-first, remote-friendly. We're based in our Hoxton office, complete with a terrace, breakfast, coffee (from a barista), dogs, beer taps and plenty of comfortable space to do your best work.
