Job Title: Senior Asylum & Review Housing Options Officer Location: Rugby Hours per Week: 37 hours Rate of Pay: £27 P/H (Umbrella) We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Asylum & Review Housing Options Officer to join the team at Rugby Borough Council.
This role has the opportunity for extension beyond the 3 month contract.
Main Duties: Assess and review housing options for individuals seeking asylum and vulnerable residents, ensuring all recommendations are in line with council policies and regulations.
Handle complex cases, providing clear guidance on housing rights, homelessness prevention, and support pathways.
Conduct thorough reviews of decisions made within the housing options service, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
The Candidate Will Have: Experience in assessment and review of section 202 (required)
