Are you an experienced disputes lawyer with a strong interest in insurance-related cases and complex commercial litigation?
I am working with a highly regarded law firm to find a Senior Associate to join their Dispute Resolution team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to specialize in insurance policyholder disputes while continuing to work on a broad range of commercial disputes, including professional negligence, contractual issues, and warranty claims.

You will work with national and international clients on high-value, challenging cases.
The caseload is diverse, spanning industries such as professional indemnity, directors' and officers' liability, cyber risk, property and casualty, and construction insurance.

About You:
You should have at least five years of post-qualification experience in commercial dispute resolution.
Experience in insurance disputes, ideally acting for policyholders, would be an advantage, though it is not essential.
