Senior Associate/Partner, Corporate – Edinburgh

This dynamic law firm currently has a need for a Corporate Senior Associate or Partner to join its team in Edinburgh.
This is a an exciting new senior position that would suit candidates with 7 years' PQE up to partner level.
Operating at a senior level, you will be managing your own clients and looking to progress your career.Ideally, you will have a client following and a plan for building your client base.
You will be involved in a range of work, including business development, incorporation and business services, company secretarial services, acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, and the protection, exploitation, and acquisition of intellectual property.There will be support for business development; however, you must be driven and technically excellent to also lead the department.
