Senior Corporate Associate – 5+ PQE – Bristol – Up to £135,000 (DOE) The Firm A leading, international firm is seeking an ambitious Senior Associate to join their top-tier Corporate team in Bristol.
This role will involve working on a range of exciting and complex national and international deals across sectors like Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Capital Markets.
The firm's Bristol team focuses on clients leading change in sectors such as tech, media, energy, financial services, and infrastructure.
The Candidate The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PQE in Corporate law, experience with high-value transactions, and the ability to manage complex corporate deals.
You'll be enthusiastic about client relationships, business development, and engaging in the firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
