We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Enterprise Onboarding Platform Client Success Managerto join ourClient Success Team team. This role is located in Manchester (hybrid).
Overview:
The Enterprise Onboarding Platform's CSM provides Clients with a single point of contact for transparency in New Business Onboarding, Maintenance Escalations, and Prioritized Service Requests. The CSM may partner with a Service Director and/or a Client Implementation Manager as part of a Client Success Team, to support BNY's aligned external messaging in Client Engagements.
A Client Success Manager (CSM) may be dedicated to a Top/Priority Client (as part of the Client Success Manager-Model) OR dedicated to a Regional Line of Business Segment (as part of the Client Success Pooled-Model)
In the Client Success Manager-Model, the CSM is supported by a dedicated ringfence of experts in Contracts, KYC, Client/Account Activation, and/or TA Production Leads who execute their Internal Milestones toward Completion
In the Client Success Pooled-Model, the CSM is works closely with Global KYC New Business and engages with Business Areas that support Contracts and Client/Account Opening for the applicable Line of Business Segment where New Business has been initiated, coordinating the Completion of Onboarding activities
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Establishing, attending, proactively preparing for client-engagement meetings
Monitoring prioritized deliverables among dedicated pods, ringfenced Experts
Maintaining transparency across event lifecycle
Facilitating coordination around escalations
Ensuring commercial client-responses in instances of escalations & BAU sensitivity
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or higher or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Relevant experience within investment banking industry
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
Experience in interacting with Global Clients, Transfer Agency experience is also preferred
Proactive, agile, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet stringent deadlines
Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) experience is preferred
Client issue handling and resolution experience is preferred
