The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Company Secretary and other senior management to ensure that all company secretarial duties are completed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
You will be joining a relatively small secretariat of approximately four people; however, this is an incredibly broad and varied role within a highly effective governance team.
The role will provide an opportunity to lead on projects as well as helping to shape and embed the governance framework across the Group.
