What you'll be doing You will be a multi-qualified consultant, duties will include: 4 stage clearances Issuing of Certificates of Reoccupation All aspects of air testing Surveying all property types Assist in further development of operating efficiency of department.
Who we're looking for: P403 & P404 qualified essential – Minimum of 3 years' experience P402 – surveying – Minimum of 2 years' experience P405 – Or willingness to obtain this qualification.
Hold a full UK driving license.
