Role Description We are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist.
This is a full-time hybrid role.
We currently have eight highly skilled dedicated members of the team and are looking to expand and recruit a new valued colleague who is ready to pursue a senior project manger role in the practice by being proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable with a genuine desire to help our team and client's realise their projects' potential.
Our ideal team member is flexible, capable of managing time efficiently to be able to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
They would have past experience of being involved in projects at all RIBA Work Stages, with the adaptability to work and engage in an empathetic manner with individual client's needs.

Main Duties Assisting in the preparation of drawings Main project lead for various residential projects Person Specification Minimum 10 years' industry experience CIAT qualified preferable but not essential Proficient at Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Full, clean driving license and access to transport Proficiency and strong knowledge with current UK Building Regulations Experience with detailing common solutions to junctions/interfaces Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working on residential projects with contract value between £500k - £5m Excellent time management skills Has a natural drive and proactive personality to keep projects moving Experience managing workload and prioritising tasks Team player mentality We Offer £35,000 - £45,000 per year, dependent on experience Staff away days Performance based bonuses Fixed Contract Hybrid Work If you are interested in this job, please email your CV and a brief portfolio of work to ******.
