Working on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office / 2 from home) you'll have the opportunity to work on some of London's most high profile and prestigious developments.

Working alongside Senior Architect's & Associates you'll have the support of Technologists and Part II Architectural Assistants to delivery technical construction documents.

The studio deliver across a vast array of project typologies from mixed use developments, commercial and residential through to cultural and public sector projects.
Role: Attend site and client meetings when required.
Be actively involved in lead technical design team meetings and reviews.
Technical package running experience.
Production of technical drawing packs in Revit.
Collaborate closely with project team to produce high quality, coordinated technical designs.
Ensure drawings align with building regulations, codes and industry standards throughout.
Engage with external contractors and consultants.
Undertake CPD requirements.
Requirements: Degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture or related field.
CIAT/MCIAT accreditation is advantageous but not a necessity.
Experience working stages 3-5.
5 years experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist Several years experience working on UK based projects.
Technical package running experience.
Advanced Revit ability is essential.
Project coordination experience ensuring deadlines are reached in a timely fashion.
Excellant attention to detail.
Ongoing desire to develop understanding of technical construction methodologies and sustainable building practices.
