The successful Architectural Technologist will have several years of post-qualification experience working a diverse portfolio of problems, with excellent technical and problem-solving abilities and be a skilled Revit user.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist: Degree or HND/ HNC in Architectural Technology or relevant subject CIAT member working towards Chartership Experience working on medium - large scale projects Diverse project experience in sectors such as commercial, transport, education or leisure projects Proficiency with Revit is essential Job running experience is preferred Excellent technical drawing Strong portfolio 3-5 years' experience post qualification experience in a UK Architectural practice Creative problem-solving skills Attentiveness to detail Proven record across all RIBA stages Driven for continued professional development keeping up with technological advances Live locally to Birmingham Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
