The Company Our client are mid-sized (30 people) design-led practice in Central London who are specialist in a range of high end residential projects for both private a commercial clients.
Their portfolio is diverse with examples of projects ranging from a small 2 bed-properties in Notting Hill, right through to a large £100 million project in St John's Wood.
The conversion of 2 mews houses into 4 town houses, prime resi, listed building, is an example of a recent project.

The Opportunity There is currently an opportunity to work one one of the studio's highest profile projects, working closely with the founder of the practice.
The Central London-based project involves taking several adjoining properties and converting them into one large property.
You will be supported to play a key role on this project which is currently at stage 3 and you will be involved all the way through to practical completion You will be client facing and work closely with the founder to ensure the smooth running and completion of the project Progression is fast and is mapped out, so you always know what you need to achieve to be promoted Join a group of like-minded, welcoming and friendly architects where everyone enjoys going to work.
The Requirements: Qualified architect (ARB), or equivalent Competent using AutoCAD Experience of working as an Architect in a UK-based architectural practice with 5-7 years+ experience Experience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regs Experience on one off residential projects OR high end residential projects and ideally existing buildings Site experience is a bonus and good technical knowledge is an advantage Job running experience and able to oversee more junior members of staff Confident client facing Salary and Package £55,000 - £65,000 salary 1 day remote working per week Flexible working hours Cycle to work scheme Showers and cycle parking on site Fully expensed, annual team holiday For this Senior Architect position, candidates with notice periods up to 2 months will be considered, however, an immediate start is also available.
