Senior Architect – Central London Studio Residential & Commercial Projects | Flexible Working Are you a talented and experienced Senior Architect seeking an exciting new challenge?
Join a RIBA Chartered practice in their Central London studio , where you'll lead innovative projects across residential and commercial sectors.

Your Responsibilities As a Senior Architect, you will:
Lead projects across all RIBA work stages , with a focus on stages 4 and beyond.
Develop detailed designs, technical specifications, tender packages, and construction drawings.
Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Prepare and submit planning applications, leveraging knowledge of NPPF and local planning systems.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Manage project programmes, resourcing, and commercial aspects such as fees and warranties.
Attend site visits and inspections, contributing to the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
About You To excel in this role, you'll bring:
Part III RIBA qualification with at least 5 years of UK-based post-qualification experience .
Proven expertise in residential projects , including apartment buildings and low-scale housing.
Advanced proficiency in Revit ; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing complex projects.
