We are looking for a dynamic & enthusiastic senior tojoin the team that CARES, providing support, guidance & structure as wellas problem-solving expertise to lead the team through day-to-day activity aswell as planned large-scale system change.The role is crucial to thedevelopment of the Trust applications as we head through a period of change& growth.
Ensuring all information,processes and procedures are effectively documented, kept up-to-date and usedby the team is a vital part of the role.
You will need to bring with you a positive attitude,willingness to learn, great communications skills, strong interpersonal &analytical skills & in return we will support you to be the best that youcan be.
Main duties of the job A typical day will see you managing team activities,liaising with clinical colleagues, running Clinical CAB & resolving complexfaults.
You will work with our solutions providers & Trust colleaguesto get the best from our clinical applications, managing upgrades & configurationchanges.Providing Trust assurance by ensuring allwork undertaken is managed via Test/UAT environments, creating & utilisingtest plans, before transitioning via CAB agreed solutions to Live.
Working& liaising with fellow application users to pro-actively manageapplications & explore opportunities for improvement.The ability to pro-actively identify problemtrends & known errors whilst working towards permanent solutions.
Thecreation of quality documentation, performance reporting, project updates &training guidance is also vital to the role.You will be required to work from Kings Court1, Worcester.
The contracted hours are , working Mon to Fri, with on callduties once trained.
