Job summary A newly created opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Team Co-Ordinator to join our friendly Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Team here in the beautiful City of York.We are seeking an administrative lead to support a large single base admin provision and who is experienced in providing supervision, development and operational support within a high demand service.
Main duties of the job You will become part of the administrative team, you will be the first point of contact for families, partner agencies and other teams across the trust, providing and developing efficient and compassionate support within a clinical setting.You will form part of our leadership team in providing administrative oversight of our services and in supporting the well-being and development of our administrative team through the Trusts supervision and appraisal processes.As the Administrative Lead for the service, you will support the team with general administrative duties, and will directly support the team managers and leadership team.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Diploma/NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration OR: Diploma/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration plus willingness to work towards the Diploma Level4 (must be achieved within 2 years of commencement in post).
