If so, this could be the role for you, as we are looking for an experienced administrator who is seeking a new challenge.
Your previous industry or job title is not as important as having the right attitude, willingness to learn, high level of accuracy in your work, excellent attention to detail and an understanding of Excel.
Key Duties will include: Maintaining spreadsheet records of insurance information, policy costings and premium splits Checking quotations and policy documentation received Liaising with internal teams and external brokers, by email and telephone Maintaining paper and electronic records of insurance cover Building, plant and equipment maintenance including fire, security and electrical compliance Processing monthly payroll which also includes knowledge of SSP, Family leave, P60 and pension auto enrolment Manage the annual leave booking process including updating individual holiday records and adding requests to the teams calendars You must be willing to be flexible in this position, as you could spend your day doing insurance related tasks and then have to manage the office close down, which would include emptying the dishwasher and bins and shutting down the office for the evening.
This position is: Full- time, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:15 with a 1-hour unpaid lunchbreak between 13:00 and 14:00.
Must be prepared to work in the office 5 days a week in Sherborne, there is no home working with this role.
Must have a full clean driving licence and use of a car.
Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.
