Job summary An exciting and unusual opportunity has arisen for a full time band 5 admin role within the CTCCS.
The CTCCS is a partnership service between Counter Terrorism Policing and the NHS.
The multidisciplinary forensic mental health team delivers a service that aims to identify and address the mental health needs of individuals who are managed by CT case officers, thereby mitigating CT risk and improving the mental health and wellbeing of those individuals.
Referrals to the team include adults and young people from diverse backgrounds and a broad range of presenting needs and risks.
The CTCCS is a formulation-based service and the team have enhanced working knowledge of NHS and third sector services and experience of navigating care pathways and multiagency working across a range of services including health, social care and criminal justice.
The role will require security clearance to SC level with the Greater Manchester Police - Please note that this is a formal requirement for the job and can take up to a year to clear.
Guidance be found at Main duties of the job You will work alongside a very experienced team of Clinical Psychologists, Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, Clinical Nurse Specialistsand be embedded in Police.
This role will involve providing administrative support to the multi disciplinary team, as they provide advice and recommendations to other professionals.
The role will involve setting up and maintaining data bases, ensuring clear records of referrals, contributing to data extraction and subsequent reports, minute taking, letter writing, The successful candidate will have excellent IG knowledge and IT skills, will be confident in arranging meetings and liaising with multi disciplinary professionals, and will be able to work autonomously.
