Main duties of the job Permanentand fixed term/secondment opportunity availableThis dynamic role sits within the All Age Continuing Care (AACC)Administration Team.
The role will operate within a fast paced, supportiveenvironment where the patient is at the centre of everything we do.
The teamare looking for a self-motivated, organised, driven candidate, able to adaptand cope with changing demands.Thepostholder will provide a comprehensive administration service, give supportand advice to the Assessments Team.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Good General Education RSA Level 3 or equivalent Education to NVQ Level 3 Administration or equivalent level of education or evidence of experience equivalent to level of qualification.
Microsoft office word and excel Skills and Capabilities Essential Ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment Ability to use own initiative and problem-solving skills Ensures confidentiality where required The ability to work well as part of a team Up to date office procedures Knowledge of principles of patient confidentiality A team player with a high level of self-motivation and strong desire to motivate others Adaptable approach and ability to remain calm under pressure Resilient able to deal effectively with contentious situations Experience Essential Experience of working in an office environment Experience of formal minutes and note taking Experience of working in a confidential environment Experience of working to deadlines Effective Personal skills Experience of prioritising own workload Ongoing professional development
