Job summary Child and Family Health Devon Child and Family Health Devon (CFHD) have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our friendly Single Point of Access (SPA) Team at Capital Court, EXETER.
Our Senior Administrator will have a key role in call handling and mailbox management as well as referral management within our clinical system and providing general administrative and organisational support for the wider business support function.
This is a permanent, PART time position ( hours/ days per week) with all the usual benefits offered by the NHS.

Person Specification Knowledge Essential Computer Literate Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel.
Willing to undertake training relevant to the post Desirable Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures Experience Essential Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 1 year).
Ability to communicate effectively Interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to prioritise workload Desirable Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 2 years).
Experience within a customer care, healthcare, education or social care setting.
Experience with minute taking Qualifications Essential Good general education GCSEs or equivalent.
