Job summary Child and Family Health Devon Child and Family Health Devon (CFHD) have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our friendly Single Point of Access (SPA) Team at Capital Court, EXETER.
Our Senior Administrator will have a key role in call handling and mailbox management as well as referral management within our clinical system and providing general administrative and organisational support for the wider business support function.
This is a permanent, PART time position ( hours/ days per week) with all the usual benefits offered by the NHS.
Main duties of the job Main duties include: Providing excellent customer service by responding to incoming telephone and email queries in a timely and accurate wayUse of electronic systemsPreparation of electronic and paper filesAssisting with reporting and compilation of dataProcessing incoming referrals to specific teamsProducing outcome and appointment lettersBooking of clinical appointmentsGeneral administrative tasks About us Successful applicants will be employed by Torbay and South Devon Foundation TrustChildren and Family Health Devon (CFHD) comprises an Alliance of NHS organisations working together to improve health outcomes for children and young people in Devon, including; Torbay and South Devon FTDevon Partnership NHS TrustRoyal Devon University Healthcare NHS FoundationLivewell South West CFHD provides integrated care and treatment for children and young people across physical and mental health which are provided by Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust and Devon Partnership Trust.We are working closely with other organisations and providers to ensure we deliver locality and county-wide based integrated access to all of our services, based on the i-Thrive Framework, in response to consultation with our service users and communities.CFHD works closely with our local universities of Plymouth, Exeter & the Peninsula Medical School where we support students in clinical training placements and in addition support our own staff to undertake post graduate training.Our integrated care and treatment has been developed and refined in partnership with children, young people and their families/carers.Our vision is to be a successful, vibrant, partnership that benefits the communities we serve.

Person Specification Knowledge Essential Computer Literate Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel.
Willing to undertake training relevant to the post Desirable Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures Experience Essential Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 1 year).
Ability to communicate effectively Interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to prioritise workload Desirable Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 2 years).
Experience within a customer care, healthcare, education or social care setting.
Experience with minute taking Qualifications Essential Good general education GCSEs or equivalent.
Desirable NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
