Position: PA/Senior Business Support Administrator Type: Full-time (36 hours per week) Pay Rate: £14.93 per hour Start date: ASAP Contract Length: 3 months with potential extension Location: Office based, Peffer Place, Edinburgh Role Responsibilities: Organisational Review Support: Contribute to the success of organisational reviews.
Meetings Coordination: Efficiently organise and coordinate meetings.
Note Taking: Capture and document important discussions and decisions.
IT skills: Tracking and updating information in inhouse systems Skills: IT Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft packages and in-house systems.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication.
