Senior Accounts Assistant

Senior Accounts Assistant Vibe Recruit is delighted to support an international corporation, with the recruitment of a Senior Accounts Assistant.
Working within a friendly team and reporting into the Accounts Manager, your main duties include: Account Payable including Commissions payable Account Receivable Cash Allocation Complex account reconciliations Query resolution Claims Management (responsible for liaising with other internal departments ensuring accuracy of claims relating to data and information) Reporting of data to senior management Other ad-hoc accounting duties as requiredSkills and Experience This position would suit candidates who are AAT, CIMA or ACCA qualified or part qualified, possess a high level of accuracy, ability to analyse data, and can manage their own workloads with minimum supervision.
Relevant experience of cash allocation, accounts payable and accounts receivable, complex reconciliations and high level of accuracy would be an advantage.
System knowledge SAP and/or SAS and advanced EXCEL (V Look Ups, Pivot Tables) is highly advantageous in addition to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint which is an essential knowledge requirement for the role.
