Senior Accountant  Hereford £30,000 - £40,000  Our client is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Hereford office.
This role offers an opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting services and financial advice.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery Prepare year-end financial statements, tax returns, bookkeeping, and payroll Review junior staff work and provide guidance Assist with complex accounting issues and develop solutions Maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices Qualifications: Relevant accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA) or part-qualified, or Qualified by Experience Proven experience in an accountancy practice, preferably in a senior role Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of accounting standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Benefits: Competitive salary (£30,000 - £40,000 per year) Enhanced flexible and remote working policy Additional leave and company pension Free parking and referral programme Opportunities for professional development and advancement Supportive work environment with a family feel Mental health support and an awards scheme Flexitime schedule, Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week)
