Position: Senior Accountant Salary: £36,000–£43,000 (dependent on experience) Location:  Bromsgrove We're excited to be recruiting for a Senior Accountant on behalf of a highly regarded accountancy firm.

What's on Offer: Annual salary of £36,000–£43,000 (dependent on experience).
Company pension contributions of 3%.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, addressing queries, providing advice, and managing expectations.
Oversee and review VAT returns, prepare draft accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships, and produce management accounts as needed.
Mentor and train junior team members, contributing to the development of the next generation of accounting professionals.
Work with senior management and other team leaders to optimize workflows and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Occasionally visit client premises to provide on-site support and strengthen client relationships.
Skills and Experience: Strong communication skills, including direct client interaction.
Proven experience managing deadlines and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring or managing teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Full UK driving license required.
Qualifications: Fully qualified member of a chartered professional body (ACCA, CA, CIMA, ICAEW).
