Role : Key member of the client service team, overseeing project execution, financials, and client relationships.
Experienced in managing accounts, schedules, budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
Skilled at delegating tasks, ensuring quality standards, and reviewing team output.
Collaborates with senior leaders to foster strategic thinking and shape long-term client strategies.

Client Management: Supports senior team in overseeing account activities, project delivery, and budget management.
Manages multiple projects to ensure alignment with client goals.
Develops an in-depth understanding of client accounts and therapeutic areas.
Reviews content to meet client needs and objectives.
Builds and sustains strong client relationships, leading client meetings.
Ensures timely responses to client queries; escalates issues as necessary.
Collaborates with the team to provide strategic, creative, and digital insights.
Project Management: Oversees project and financial deliverables, coordinating team responsibilities.
Provides strategic guidance and leads meetings as appropriate.
Manages project timelines, budgets, and status updates from initiation to completion.
Proactively addresses issues, escalating to senior support when needed.
Guides junior team members, ensuring quality and support.
Works across teams (Scientific, Creative, Editorial, Finance, etc.)
for seamless execution.
Financial Management: Delivers projects within client budgets and schedules, proactively addressing any issues.
Prepares budgets, including custom project estimates, with minimal oversight.
Monitors budgets, flags concerns, and manages budget discussions with clients.
Collaborates with Finance to maintain accurate financial records.
Manages third-party vendor relationships and supports financial reporting and forecasting.
Ensures team timesheets are completed on schedule.
Business Development: Supports senior team members with new pitches and participates in presentations.
Contributes ideas and proposals for new client projects under senior direction.
