Senior Account Manager (Interior Design)

An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic creative agency specialising in the development of innovative retail spaces and campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background working within retail design or marketing studios, specifically in creating impactful retail experiences and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis.
Collaborate with clients to understand briefs, develop strategies, and contribute to creative planning.
Manage project delivery, ensuring that campaigns meet client expectations and add value.
Facilitate client briefings and oversee the entire creative process, from briefing to execution.
Requirements: Extensive experience in a Retail Design Studio or working on Retail Marketing Campaigns.
Prior experience managing retail clients, with a preference for those in the Fashion or Sports sectors.
Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on strategic development and creative solutions.
Working Arrangements: This role offers a hybrid working model, with flexibility to work from home and attend in-person meetings at the Manchester city office as needed.
