Role Details Salary: £31,017 Bonus: Up to 20% Location: Redhill RH1 1RHX- potential for agile working after 3 months - Office-based during induction Working Pattern: Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 at home Contract type: Permanent About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Account Managers to join us to work within our Key Accounts Team.
This role is directly responsible for the daily servicing and relationship management of either a large scale third party relationship (TPI) or several blue chip/Public Sector customers.
As the focal point of contact for your customers enquiries, ensuring they receive the expected high level of Customer Service the ideal candidate will be numerate and literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Day to day experience of excel is required.
The role includes ensuring your customers are provided with accurate invoices and reporting on a monthly basis in line with contractual requirements.
You will need to proactively own and manage the resolution of all queries through investigation and liaison with other internal departments and third parties.
