The role: As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for.. Identify and capitalise on business opportunities by understanding client needs and offering customised solutions.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership and mutual success.
Manage and grow a pipeline of potential deals to support consistent revenue growth.
Oversee the renewal and expansion of contracts to align with client expectations and business goals.
Stay current on market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and improve the company's competitive edge.
About you: SaaS/Tech sales background within a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in managing client accounts and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling in a technology-driven environment.
Skilled negotiator with a history of achieving sales goals and exceeding targets.
Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
Proactive and strategic, able to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively.
Package: £60,000 - £80,000 + 50% commission (uncapped) Competitive holiday + pension schemes.
Free beverages with an on-site restaurant.
This Senior Account Manager role will be hybrid and suit candidates based in Birmingham, Nottingham, Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham, Stoke-on-Trent, Shrewsbury, Worcester, Northampton, Manchester, Liverpool, Oxford or Cheltenham.
