As they continue to expand, were seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving client success and contributing to our ambitious growth plans.
What Youll Do: As a Senior Account Manager, you will: Lead Client Relationships: Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to deliver exceptional service and long-term value for clients.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Provide Insight: Conduct regular account reviews, providing clients with insights, updates, and performance metrics.
Problem Solve: Address challenges proactively to maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.
What Were Looking For: Experience: Proven success in account management, sales, or client services, with experience managing high-value accounts.
Expertise in the training sector is a strong advantage.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Other: Familiarity with the Plymouth market or surrounding region is beneficial.
A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
